This notice covers visitors to PopUsIn, people who contact us, business account users and customers who use a PopUsIn-powered business page. A listed business is responsible for its own customer relationship and may provide an additional notice.

Depending on the journey, PopUsIn may process contact details, account information, business settings, services, team access, bookings, notes, form responses, communication preferences and technical service information. Do not submit information that is not needed for the service.
We use information to provide and secure accounts, operate bookings, respond to enquiries, maintain tenant separation, support customers, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. Marketing choices are recorded separately from service communications.
The website uses Netlify for hosting and Supabase for database, storage and authentication services. Other providers, such as payment or messaging services, are used only when configured for the relevant organisation and purpose.
Information is retained only while needed for the service, an active relationship, security, recovery or legal obligations. It is not sold. Access is limited to authorised users and providers needed to operate the service.
You can update account information from Account Settings. To request access, correction, restriction or deletion, contact hello@popusin.com. We may need to verify your identity and the relevant organisation before acting.
