Each business sets its own policy
When you book through PopUsIn, you contract with the business you book. That business sets its own notice period, deposit and late-cancellation or no-show terms. You are shown them in the booking form before you pay, and they are repeated in your confirmation email, so you always see the terms that apply to your booking before you are charged.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Use the link in your confirmation email, or sign in to My PopUsIn and open My bookings, to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel or move a booking within the business's notice period, the deposit or fee shown in its policy may be kept. Outside that period you are not charged a late-cancellation fee.
If the business cancels or cannot provide the appointment, you are offered a new time or a full refund of anything you paid.
Deposits and refunds
Card payments are taken by the business through Stripe; PopUsIn does not store your card details. Refunds the policy allows are issued by the business to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days of the refund being made. If something went wrong, such as a service not provided as described, contact the business first and then PopUsIn if it is not resolved.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in a business's policy limits your legal rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
