The agreement between you and PopUsIn for using the platform as a customer, learner, provider or business.

Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials secure. One person, one account; a business account may have several team members, each with their own sign-in.
Businesses on PopUsIn
Core, Growth and Professional software plans are billed in GBP and include a 7-day free trial for an eligible new subscription. Standalone products and premium additions do not include a free trial and are charged when purchased; access follows a verified subscription.
The Marketplace landing page is included with every plan. A 10% one-off charge applies to the first completed booking from a new customer introduced by the Marketplace, and 0% after that.
Card processing is charged at the published rates: UK cards 1.99% + 25p, European cards 2.99% + 25p.
Bookings, orders and courses
When you book, buy or enrol with a business, your contract for that service is with the business. Its cancellation, deposit and refund terms are shown before you confirm. PopUsIn provides the platform and payment processing.
Training Academy providers are responsible for the accuracy of their courses and any accreditation claims they make. Certificates issued through the Academy are verifiable by number at all times.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform: no unlawful content, no attempts to access another business's or person's data, no interference with the service. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
