Who provides the training
The Hart Haus Training Academy is the training provider and seller of its courses. PopUsIn supplies the learning, account and payment platform. These course terms sit alongside the PopUsIn terms of service and privacy notice.
Prerequisites
Some courses have entry requirements. Where a prerequisite is shown on a course page, you are responsible for meeting it before purchase or enrolment. The Hart Haus may ask for reasonable evidence before assessment or before a certificate of completion is issued.
For Builder Gel: Practical Training and Assessment, you must already hold an accepted manicure or gel nail qualification. Evidence may be requested before your certificate of completion is issued.
Age and course access
Builder Gel: Practical Training and Assessment is for learners aged 18 or over. Course access is for the enrolled learner only.
Builder Gel includes lifetime access while the PopUsIn Academy service remains available. If that service is withdrawn, PopUsIn will give reasonable notice and a practical route to retain completion records and certificates.
Assessment and resubmissions
You must complete the assessments and other completion requirements stated for your course. Builder Gel requires both theory assessments at 80%, three consenting-client case studies and the maintenance case. Each practical case is scored across five criteria from 0–4; every criterion must score at least 3 and every case must score at least 16/20, with required safety checks passed.
Practical submissions are normally reviewed within 5 working days. If changes are required, the earlier submission and feedback remain on the record and corrected evidence may be resubmitted. A resubmission does not create an automatic pass.
Practical evidence
Practical evidence is required only where the course says so. The Hart Haus does not provide live supervised practical sessions or one-to-one practical tuition as part of the current online course offer.
Certificates
Builder Gel issues a numbered, verifiable certificate of completion only after all required learning, both theory assessments and current practical case-study evidence have been successfully completed and approved. It is not described as an accredited diploma, professional licence or insurer approval. Check your own insurer's requirements before relying on the training for professional services.
Digital content, cancellation and refunds
Before payment you must expressly request immediate supply of the digital course and acknowledge that, once supply begins, the normal 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right for that digital content is lost.
If supply has not begun, or where another statutory cancellation right applies, contact support within 14 days. This does not affect rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract. Refund requests can be made through support and are reviewed against the purchase and access record.
Insurance and professional use
Insurance requirements vary by treatment, qualification, training route, insurer and working setting. Before offering a treatment professionally, check with your own insurer that your qualifications and training meet its requirements for the work you intend to carry out.

Tutor support and assessment feedback are available throughout your course. For course or assessment help, contact The Hart Haus Training Academy at hello@theharthaus.co.uk or use the Hart Haus contact route on PopUsIn.
